Untitled (Sine Curve) This piece hangs as a wedge on the wall allowing the viewer to stand behind the right end. The back side, painted a fluorescent orange, casts a red shadow on the wall, which seems to emanate from the piece —an aura belying its physical weight. At this time the new stealth technology was being developed by the Air Force in the manufacture of the new B1 bomber and the F117 fighter, able to elude ground-based radar. |
