The first “post-furniture” construction using the ideas of “open, closed, and off-set.” The ideas were published in The Triangle, Concordia Senior College, 1965, in connection with a series of posters. The construction was used as a coffee table and magazine holder in the apartment of Rick Gaugert and challenged the idea of “useful sculpture.”
